3. Payment at the Time of Purchase

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Items will not be held or reserved until payment is completed.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Refunds will only be processed to the original method of payment. For cash payments, refunds will be issued in cash.
  • Exchanges: Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please bring your receipt for a smooth exchange process.

5. Currency

All transactions are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). If you are using a credit card from another country, your bank or card provider may apply exchange rates or foreign transaction fees.

6. Gift Cards

We also accept Lunovox Gift Cards as a form of payment. Gift cards are available for purchase in-store and can be used to pay for any merchandise. Please note that gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

7. Sales Tax

All prices in-store include applicable sales tax. There are no additional taxes or fees on top of the listed price.

8. Prepaid and Special Orders

For special or custom orders, full payment is required upfront at the time of ordering. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
