  • We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Final sale items, including discounted, clearance, or promotional items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Bring the item, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase, to our store at 193 Prince Edward Road West, Mongkok, Hong Kong.
  • Our team will inspect the item and process the return.
  • Please note that the item must meet the above eligibility criteria to be accepted for return.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • If you paid by cash, refunds will be issued in cash.
  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Refunds will not be processed without proof of purchase.

4. Exchanges

  • If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we are happy to exchange your item for another size or style (subject to availability).
  • Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase and in original condition.
  • If the exchanged item is of a higher price, you will be asked to pay the difference. If the exchange item is of a lower price, we will issue a store credit or refund the difference.
